World Youth Skills Day

On World Youth Skills Day, we celebrate the skills young people need to build a more sustainable, inclusive, and circular future.
Through C-SUSTAIN we support young people - especially those with multicultural and migrant backgrounds - in developing practical skills in circular economy, sustainable entrepreneurship, creativity, teamwork, and problem-solving.
Why this day matters:
🔹 Skills create confidence
When young people gain practical tools, they start to believe in their own ideas and their ability to make a difference.
🔹 Skills create participation
A sustainable future needs many voices - especially young people from different backgrounds, cultures, and communities.
🔹 Skills create real solutions
Circular economy is not only a concept. It becomes powerful when young people turn ideas into concrete actions, projects, and business models.
Each of us can contribute by creating learning spaces, sharing knowledge, listening to young voices, and supporting ideas that lead to positive change.
What skill do you think young people need most to shape a more sustainable future? We would love to hear from you. Thank you for your time.
