C-SUSTAIN Online Train-the-Trainer Online Webinar

On 28 January 2026, all C-SUSTAIN project partners joined the online Train-the-Trainer Webinar to present the ToT content and introduce the C-SUSTAIN e-learning platform.

The session gave trainers, youth workers and mentors a clear overview of the training structure, key methods and practical tools. A special focus was placed on how the content can be used in future learning activities with young people.

The webinar also introduced the Makeathon approach, showing how trainers can support creative teamwork, idea development and solution-based learning. In addition, the partners discussed the mentorship and feedback approach, with a focus on guiding learners in a positive and practical way.

The final part of the event presented the e-learning platform and explained how the training materials can be accessed and used.

The webinar created a shared understanding among all partners and marked an important step in preparing the C-SUSTAIN training activities.
